WHY PROJECT 7 CITIES?
Our communities have resources. The challenge is connecting them.
Across Hampton Roads, people, churches, businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations are already doing meaningful work. But too often, those efforts remain disconnected from one another, and from the people who could benefit from them.

Project 7 Cities was created to help bridge those gaps. We bring people and organizations into relationship, identify opportunities for collaboration, and help communities build on the strengths and resources that already exist around them.

Project 7 Cities grew from a simple conviction: communities already possess people, organizations, relationships, and resources capable of making a difference. Too often, those strengths remain disconnected. We exist to help bring them together, creating relationships, opening pathways for collaboration, and helping communities build on the strengths already within them.
We don't come to communities with all the answers. We help communities connect what is already there.
